Vol. 462 No. 2

Written Answers. - Convoy (Donegal) School.

Declan Bree

Question:

155 Mr. Bree asked the Minister for Education if she will have arrangements made to make funding available in the 1996 Education Estimates for the proposed extension to St. Brigid's school, Convoy, County Donegal (details supplied). [4334/96]

A decision on the timing of the tender process for St. Brigid's school, Convoy will be made by my Department in light of the financial resources available. The school were advised of this fact when my Department notified them of their inclusion in the primary school building programme. Due to the current level of contractual commitments on the primary school building programme it is not possible for me to state at this point when funds will be available to allow the proposed extension to St. Brigid's school, Convoy proceed to tender.
