86 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for Health if he will ensure that it is part of the brief of the company selected for the drugs awareness advertising campaign that it consults with local groups namely ICON and the Inter-Agency Drugs Group in view of the expertise of such groups in areas with high levels of heroin abuse. It is normal practice for an advertising company designing a campaign for the Health Promotion Unit of my Department, to consult with relevant agencies and experts in the field to ensure that their proposal is informed and has due regard to the current situation.
