I have been advised by ESB that the average ongoing annual rate of pay from ESB for a 50 year old employee from 1 September 1996 will be approximately £20,300 assuming the implementation of CCR, and the payment of the next phase of Programme for Competitiveness and Work. This level of pay is dependent on the employee's eligibility for productivity payments, which may not be the case.
