39 Mr. Deasy asked the Minister for the Marine the decision, if any, he has made regarding the application by Waterford County Council for a foreshore licence in respect of an outfall pipe at Tramore, County Waterford; and if not, when he will be in a position to do so. [5060/96]
I have just received revised proposals from Waterford County Council in relation to its foreshore licence application for an outfall pipe in connection with the Tramore sewerage scheme.
The revised proposals are being examined by the relevant staff in my Department and other consultative bodies and on receipt of their observations I hope to be able to make a final decision in the matter.
