61 Ms O'Donnell asked the Minister for Health whether he has asked to see the completed report of the investigation into the handling of the Kelly Fitzgerald matter by the Western Health Board; if not, the reason therefore; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [5186/96]
As the Deputy is aware, this report was commissioned by the chief executive officer of the Western Health Board. I understand that he has been in consultation with the board's legal advisers in relation to the publication of the report. In these circumstances, I have not requested to see the report. However, I have asked the chief executive officer to keep me informed of developments in the matter.
