I am pleased to inform the Deputy that architectural planning of the new community college in Sean McDermot Street, Dublin 1 is progressing.
As the contract for this project has not been placed yet, I am not in a position to release details of the costings in advance of obtaining tenders and placing the contract.
As can be appreciated, the release of such information at this stage could compromise the tendering process and give rise to substantially increased costs.
