Question:116 Mr. Martin asked the Minister for Education whether all art examiners involved in the correction and marking of the 1995 leaving certificate art examinations papers were fully qualified in that particular subject and that prior to undertaking these duties the examiners in question were asked to confirm their qualifications by her Department; whether this is normal procedure every year; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
