Question:142 Mr. Callely asked the Minister for Arts, Culture and the Gaeltacht if he will consider making a free phone service available to the general public who require to make contact with his Department. [6965/96]
Written Answers. - Departmental Free Phone Service.
The provision of local-call access on a country-wide basis is currently being examined by an interdepartmental expert group chaired by the Department of Finance. The arrangements for my Department will take the work and the conclusions of the interdepartmental expert group into account in future arrangements.
