203 Mr. Bell asked the Minister for Education the plans, if any, she has to sanction the building project submitted by her Department by the board of management of Mell national school, Drogheda, County Louth; when the project will be sanctioned to commence building; the procedure, if any, required by the board of management to proceed to the contract stage; and if she will make a statement on the matter. My Department is not in a position to sanction the building project submitted by the school authorities at Mell national school. Drogheda, County Louth, within the current year. The capital funds available this year to finance such improvements are fully committed. However, this project will be considered again in the context of future capital allocations. The school authorities have been advised accordingly.
