The herd in question is currently restricted as a result of disclosure of three reactors in a herd test of 22 December 1995. The herd was tested again on 12 April 1996 and I understand that another reactor animal has been disclosed.

Question:163 Mr. Crowley asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry if he will have arrangements made to have a TB test for the herd of a person (details supplied) in County Cork. [7350/96]
The herd in question was last tested for TB on 7 October 1995 and found to be clear. The herd will be tested this year under the new arrangements for the disease eradication schemes.
