Question:193 Mr. Finucane asked the Minister for the Marine the status of an application for an aquaculture licence by a company (details supplied) in County Limerick. [7406/96]
Written Answers. - Aquaculture Licence Application.
The licensing application from the company in question has been evaluated by the aquaculture licence vetting committee from the relevant technical and scientific perspectives.
The Department will be in touch with the company shortly to advise on the arrangements for advertising the proposal under the public consultation process which informs all licensing decisions.
