115 Dr. O'Hanlon asked the Minister for the Environment when funding will be provided to allow houses (details supplied) in County Monaghan to be connected to the main sewerage system; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [8530/96]
A preliminary report for the Monaghan Town sewerage collection system, which includes the Latlurcan area, is under examination in my Department. Given the high level of existing commitments under the water and sewerage programme, I cannot say when it may be possible to advance this proposal to the next stage of planning.
