36 Mr. Killeen asked the Minister for Arts, Culture and the Gaeltacht if any land or property has been acquired in the vicinity of Quin Abbey, County Clare; and, if so, the plans, if any, he has for further acquisitions. [8983/96]
No land has yet been acquired by the National Monuments and Historic Properties Service in the vicinity of Quin Abbey. Plans are being formulated, however, to improve the presentation of the abbey which are contingent on property acquisitions in the vicinity of the abbey.
