86 Mr. S. Brennan asked the Minister for Transport, Energy and Communications when he will reply to a detailed letter sent to him on 1 November 1995 from a company (details supplied) in Dublin 14; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [8972/96]
In my Department's interim reply dated 12 April 1996 to the company it was stated that the original representations covered a number of complex issues which needed to be fully examined before a reply could be given. I can confirm that these matters have been investigated in detail within my Department and a further reply will issue as soon as possible.
