107 Mr. Callely asked the Minister for Tourism and Trade the total cost to the Exchequer in 1995 arising from the engagement, by him and his Department, of public relations companies; if he will give a breakdown of this cost; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [10474/96]
The total costs in 1995 of public relations companies engaged by my Department was £25,629, of which £1,550 was paid to Mediawise and £24,079 to Public Relations of Ireland Ltd.

The only expenditure incurred in 1995 by my Department in respect of public relations companies was a sum of £800 relating to the engagement by me of Heneghan Public Relations Consultants.
