Question:124 Miss M. Wallace asked the Minister for Equality and Law Reform the timetable, if any, that he has established for the publication of the Employment Equality Bill. [11417/96]
Written Answers. - Employment Equality Bill.
I expect to be in a position to publish the Employment Equality Bill shortly. The Deputy will be aware that publication of the Bill during the current Dáil session is envisaged in the Government's legislation programme as outlined on 16 April, 1996. As I explained recently in response to questions from Deputies Woods, Keogh, O'Malley, Kenneally and Sargent on 26 March last this legislation has proven extremely complex and difficult.
