Byrne asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry the time at which replies to parliamentary questions from his Department were made available to Deputies in Leinster House on 6 June 1996; if his attention has been drawn to the fact that this is a regular problem in relation to his Department supplying the answers of parliamentary questions to Deputies; the action, if any, he proposes to take to ensure that this does not recur; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
