Written Answers. - Proposed West Cork Third Level Campus.
Decisions on the future development of higher education will be taken in the context of the report of the Steering Committee on the Future Development of Higher Education, which I commissioned, together with the recommendation of the Higher Education Authority.
I will shortly be giving consideration to the report of the steering committee, and the views of the Higher Education Authority, in consultation with my colleagues in Government.
Pending Government consideration of the Steering Committee report, it would be inappropriate for me to comment on the matter raised by the Deputy.
