79 Mr. Lawlor asked the Minister for Education the status of an application for funding that was sent in by a club (details supplied) serving a disadvantaged area of Dublin 15; and when the sanctioning of such funding will be considered. [13694/96]

My Department has received an application from the club in question seeking grant aid under the sports capital programme and every consideration will be given to this application when decisions are being made on grant allocations later this year.
