Vol. 468 No. 2

Written Answers. - Deportation Order.

Mary O'Rourke

Question:

149 Mrs. O'Rourke asked the Minister for Justice if she will review the case of a person (details supplied) who wishes to stay in Ireland and on whom a deportation order has been served; if she will consider the case made on behalf of this person and the various representations as to her character and suitability; and if she will make an order permitting this person to stay in Ireland in view of the above information. [14898/96]

Arising from representations received on behalf of the person in question, the enforcement of the deportation order against her has been deferred pending further consideration of the case.
