200 Mrs. O'Rourke asked the Minister for Health if he will request the relevant section of the Midland Health Board to favourably consider the case of a person (details supplied) in County Westmeath who has requested renewal of his disabled person's maintenance allowance book. [15612/96]

Limerick East): Payment of disabled person's maintenance allowance in any individual case is a matter for the health board concerned. Accordingly, the Deputy's question has been referred to the chief executive officer, Midland Health Board with a request that he examine the matter and reply directly to the Deputy as a matter of urgency.

202 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Health when a person (details supplied) in County Mayo will be paid her disabled person's maintenance allowance in view of the fact that the delay is causing severe financial hardship. [15614/96]
