Question:257 Mr. Bree asked the Minister for Health if he will have the necessary arrangements made with the NorthWestern Health Board to ensure that disabled person's maintenance allowance payments will continue to be made to a person (details supplied) in County Sligo, when the person commences studies at Magee College, University of Ulster, Derry, from October 1996; if payments will be made to the person if he decides to reside in Derry during the period of his studies; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
