266 Miss Harney asked the Minister for Equality and Law Reform if he will give details of any financial settlements or extraordinary severance arrangements entered into with civil servants in his Department or with public servants in State agencies under the aegis of his Department. [15878/96]

No financial settlements or extraordinary severance arrangements have been entered into by me or by my Department with any person who served as a civil servant in my Department or as a public servant in any State agency which operates under the aegis of my Department.
