573 Mr. Hughes asked the Minister for Justice if she will have arrangements made to expedite the registration of lands (details supplied) in County Mayo in view of the fact that the delay is causing hardship to the applicant. [15083/96]
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this dealing refers to a transfer of part and amalgamation which was lodged in the Land Registry on 14 March 1996. Queries were issued to the applicant's solicitor on 13 May 1996 to which replies are awaited. The matter cannot proceed until these queries are satisfactorily discharged.
