607 Dr. Woods asked the Minister for Justice, in relation to the three months' notification required for marriages on or post 1 August 1996, the number of exemptions that have been applied for and the number of exemptions that have been granted for marriages planned to take place in August, September and October 1996. 620 Mr. Shatter asked the Minister for Justice the number of application made pursuant to section 33 of the Family Law Act, 1995, up to and including 31 July 1996, to dispense with the necessity to give three months prior notice of marriage; the number of such orders granted; the number refused; and the courts to which such applications were made.
