I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that there is no dealing currently pending on Folio 15805F which was formerly part of Folio 3526F. If the Deputy can let me have any further Land Registry reference — dealing number or date of lodgement — which may be available, I will have further inquiries made with the Land Registry and I will write to the Deputy to let him know the position.
