Written Answers. - Sales of British Lottery Tickets.
I am informed by the Garda authorities that they are currently investigating a number of alleged breaches of the Gaming and Lotteries Act, 1956, which concern the sale of British national lottery tickets.
On completion of the Garda investigation, it is anticipated that a file will be forwarded to the Director of Public Prosecutions for directions.
