688 Miss Harney asked the Minister for Justice if she will give details of any financial settlements or extraordinary severance arrangements entered into with civil servants in her Department or with public servants in State agencies under the aegis of her Department. [15868/96]

There have been no financial settlements or extraordinary severance arrangements entered into with civil or public servants in my Department. There are no State agencies under the aegis of my Department.
