911 Mr. Hughes asked the Minister for Transport, Energy and Communications whether he has renewed an application for a prospecting licence to Glencar Explorations plc and Andaman Resources plc for County Mayo; and if so, if he will give details in this regard. [15084/96]

The six prospecting licences in question reissued to Glencar Exploration and Andaman Resources on 27 May 1996 and will expire on 24 June 1998.
