Question:140 Mr. Browne (Wexford) asked the Minister for Education if she will approve the County Wexford education centre, Enniscorthy, as an education centre on a full-time basis. [17378/96]
Written Answers. - County Wexford Education Centre.
The further development of the network of education centres is under review and consideration in my Department. The question of the change in status for any study group or part-time education centre will be considered in the context of the overall development of the network.
The Deputy will be interested to know that the in-career development unit of my Department has approved funding for a number of courses organised by the Wexford study group during the 1995-96 and 1996-97 school years.
