I am informed by the Register of Titles that this dealing refers to an application for conversion of title which was lodged on 28 March 1995. Queries were issued to the lodging solicitor on 13 February 1996 to which replies are awaited. The matter cannot proceed until the queries raised are satisfactorily discharged and it is not possible, at this stage, to estimate a completion date.
