I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this dealing refers to an application for transfer of part and deed of charge which was lodged on 6 February 1996. I understand that the folio is awaiting drafting at present and it is expected that it will be completed in approximately five weeks.

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this dealing refers to an application for conversion of title which was lodged on 27 February 1996. I understand that the dealing is under consideration at present and in view of the nature of the case, it is not possible to estimate a completion date at this stage. However, I can confirm that the matter is being expedited by the Land Registry.
