220 Mr. J. Walsh asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry if he will have arrangements made to approve an application for an additional milk quota under the milk quota appeals tribunal to a person (details supplied) in County Cork. [17546/96]

An application for additional quota from the person named has been considered by the milk quota appeals tribunal on a number of occasions. The tribunal has not, however, made a recommendation to me for an allocation of quota in this case.
