87 Miss M. Wallace asked the Minister for the Environment if he intends to supply local authorities and providers of private rented accommodation with information relating to those who have previously been evicted from local authority housing for anti-social behaviour. [17260/96]
Information on persons evicted from local authority housing is not available to my Department. However, it is intended that forthcoming legislation to address the problem of anti-social behaviour in local authority housing areas will provide for exchange of certain information between relevant agencies such as housing authorities, health boards and the Garda.
