Question:44 Mr. N. Ahern asked the Minister for Education if she has received an application for window replacement from a school (details supplied) in Dublin 11; if so, the cost involved; and when approval will be given. [17561/96]
Written Answers. - Grant Payment.
My Department received an application for the replacement of the windows at the school to which the Deputy refers. However, due to financial constraints, I am not in a position to sanction grant-aid towards the cost of the works in the current year.
However, my Department has requested its professional advisers to forward an estimated cost for the necessary works. The matter will then be considered in the light of future capital allocations.
