Written Answers. - Publication of Fisheries Bill.
I presume the Deputy is referring to the proposed Fisheries (Amendment) Bill dealing with the licensing and regulation of aquaculture development.
It is not possible to give an exact timeframe for publication of the Bill in question. The draft Bill is currently being finalised by the Attorney General's Office and, subject to Government approval, it is my objective to publish the Bill as soon as possible and certainly during the current Dáil session.
