Question:84 Mr. Power asked the Minister for Finance when land at Robertstown, County Kildare, will be transferred to Kildare County Council to enable the construction of a housing scheme to commence. [17713/96]

Contract documents in this transaction are with the county council's solicitors for approval. On receipt of this approval, the contract documents will be signed on behalf of the Commissioners of Public Works and will then be forwarded for execution by the council. When the documents have been executed, the council will be given possession of the relevant land.
