92 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for the Environment whether approval will be given to Dublin Corporation for the first phase of the refurbishment of Mary Aikenhead House, Dublin 8; and the changes, if any, proposed in this regard. [18877/96]
I refer to the reply to Question No. 82 of 11 June 1996. The position remains unchanged.
93 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for the Environment the reason for the ongoing delay in granting approval for the first phase of the refurbishing of St. Michael's Estate, Dublin 8. [18878/96]
There has been no undue delay in this case. There have been ongoing discussions between officers of my Department and Dublin Corporation seeking resolution to some technical issues. A decision will be conveyed to the local authority as soon as possible.
