40 Ms Keogh asked the Minister for Education the plans, if any, she has to provide funding to purchase a site at the town centre for the regional technical college in Blanchardstown, Dublin 15, the option for which runs out in April 1997; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [20670/96]

The question of the provision of funding for the purchase of the site at Blanchardstown will be considered by my Department having regard to the range of priorities and commitments in the third level capital area and to Government decisions on the 1997 Estimates.
