125 Mildred Fox asked the Minister for the Environment when a decision will be made regarding the selection of the route, Kilmacanogue and Glen of the Downs section of the N11, in view of the fact that a number of planning permission cases are awaiting this decision. [20881/96]
A compulsory purchase order for the acquisition of land for the Kilmacanogue - Glen of the Downs dual carriageway was submitted to me for confirmation by Wicklow County Council. A public local inquiry has been held into objections received against confirmation of the order. I will give my decision as soon as possible.
