The Manorhamilton-Dromahair-Drumkeerin water supply scheme was included in an application for the Lough Gill regional water supply scheme submitted to the European Commission for Cohesion Fund assitance but was not covered by the Commission's decision of July, 1996. Given the high level of commitments under the water and sewerage schemes programme, I cannot say when the scheme may be approved.
