217 Mr. Sheehan asked the Minister for Justice the number of pensionable service years required for full pension purposes in respect of judges in the public service. [20831/96]

In the Supreme, High and Circuit Courts, judges require 15 years service in order to qualify for full pension entitlements. In the District Court, judges need 20 years service.
