50 Mr. Molloy asked the Minister for Finance if the level of expenses and other non-pay elements in chief executives' employment contracts have been reviewed; if so, whether he intends to make this report available to the public; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [21150/96]

The review mentioned by the Deputy has now been completed and I am in the process of reporting on the outcome to the Government. The Joint Committee on State-sponsored Bodies has asked to be informed of the outcome and this request will be considered by the Government.
