Vol. 471 No. 4

Written Answers - Grant Payments.

Willie O'Dea

Question:

122 Mr. O'Dea asked the Minister for the Environment if he will have arrangements made to expedite the payment of a new house grant to a person (details supplied) in County Limerick in view of the considerable delay which has already occurred in this case. [20842/96]

There has been no undue delay in this case. Essential documentation which was requested from the applicant in August 1995 was only recently received. The grant will be paid as soon as possible.
