Burke asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Foreign Affairs if he will consider, as part of an ongoing process of achieving democracy in Burma, entering into dialogue with the offering of material assistance to the exiled National Coalition Government of the Union of Burma, as the Danish Government has done, in order to support the recent resumption of high level contacts between the National League of Democracy and the State Law and Order Restoration Council.
