Question:93 Mrs. T. Ahearn asked the Minister for Finance if a stamp duty refund will be payable to a person (details supplied) in County Tipperary; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [21297/96]
Written Answers. - Stamp Duty Refund.
I am informed by the Revenue Commissioners that no application for a refund has been received in this case. The individual involved should send a claim to the capital taxes division of the Revenue Commissioners in Dublin Castle and on receipt of such a claim the matter will receive attention.
