92 Mr. Ellis asked the Minister for Arts, Culture and the Gaeltacht the number of prosecutions which have been initiated under the Wildlife Acts in each of the years from 1990 to 1996; and the breaches of the law for which these prosecutions were initiated; and the number of prosecutions in respect of counties Sligo, Leitrim, Cavan, Longford and Roscommon. The Deputy has submitted 18 questions for answer today on wildlife issues and I regret that it has not been possible in the time available to compile the figures requested by him in this particular question.

The figures will be forwarded directly to the Deputy as soon as they have been compiled.
