110 Mr. J. Walsh asked the Minister for Education if she will have arrangements made to make additional funding available to carry out essential refreshment works at St. John's national school, Kinsale, County Cork; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [21434/96]

My Department approved grant-aid towards the cost of improvement works to the roof at St. John's national school, Kinsale, County Cork, on 8 October last. Due to financial constraints I am not currently in a position to provide grant-aid for further works to this school.
