Question:125 Mr. Ellis asked the Minister for Justice if her Department will complete a land registry dealing (details supplied) in County Leitrim. [21368/96]
Written Answers. - Registration of Title.
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this dealing refers to an application for transfer of all the property in Folio 1251F and grant of way leave over Folio 18500 which was lodged on 25 April, 1996. Queries were issued to the lodging solicitor on 30 October, 1996 to which replies are awaited. I can confirm to the Deputy that on receipt of satisfactory replies to the queries raised, registration will proceed.
