I move:
That, notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders, the Order of the Dáil of 23 October 1996 referring the Employment Equality Bill, 1996 to the Select Committee on Legislation and Security be rescinded and that the Bill be referred to the Select Committee on Social Affairs pursuant to Standing Order 109 (1) and paragraph 1(iii) of that Committee's Terms of Reference.
